Export responses to CSV

Download everything in the response table, with the date range and filters you set still applied, and know what the columns contain.

Updated 3 November 2026

The response table is a working surface: sort it, resize the columns, drop the ones you never look at, search inside answers and filter on any question. The export gives you exactly what the table shows.

Export a CSV

  1. Open the form and go to Responses.
  2. Set the date range and any filters. Search across answers if you only want some of them.
  3. Choose Export. The CSV downloads with the range and filters applied.

Each row is one response. Columns are the questions in form order, followed by the submission date, the time taken, the device and the country, and the response id you can match against integrations and webhooks.

Other ways to get your data

  • Google Sheets: connect the form once and every new response is appended as a row.
  • Webhooks: receive a signed JSON payload for every response at your own endpoint.
  • API: list submissions programmatically with a personal API key.

Shareable reports

If people only need the summaries, create a public report from the Insights tab instead of sending files around. The report updates as answers come in and can be turned off at any time.
